Let me modify that...I got in at 9:30 today. So parking will be $25.

If I had gotten in at 7:30 to 8 am? $28...no joke.

CK now you have me all "verklempt"...pass the tissues please. Thank you for your kind words of support xoxo[/quote]

Just telling you the way I feel. You asked for it, you got it :D . I have always been one to 1) Tell the truth, and 2) Wear my heart on my sleeve (or some place that it is visible :o ). I guess that's why I get stuck on some things that I should be better able to move on from and get away :cry: . Okay. Enough said! Any mushier and my tears will flood my computer, which has enough trouble already. (I wonder if they have a little white tab inside that gets pink when water touches it? Makes me crazy when you have a cell phone problem and they put you through the acrobatics with each and every level that you speak with someone. The supercilious jerks! Like we don't know that by now :twisted: ...

Y'all are lucky. You have decent transportation systems. In Miami, we are so limited, and what we have does not go on schedule anyway! Buses are impossible. The "subway system" covers so little of the area, it's nearly useless. You get stuck with cabs, which are ungodly expensive and the drivers have no clue about the English language, so you never know where they're going to take you. So, of course, everyone has a car, and that's a whole 'nother story...

That's a stretch saying we have a decent transportation system out here! It sucks for the most part and everyone out here has to have a nice ride and drive themselves. Carpools anyone?

Sorry, Try. I meant San Fran and Seattle have great transportation systems. I know for you it's much like it is for those of us in South Florida. Ah, sweet suburbia...

my son spent almost $400 registering his "nice ride" in california...seems they recalled a governor not too long ago for attempting to raise the registration fees that high...i'll be glad when he realizes the $$$ he will save moving away from that state will more than offset the beating he will take selling his house...

on a side note...why would this program allow me to quote someone...and then...after i get everything just right (a term used very loosely)...tell me i cant embed more than 3 quotes...

I would like to wish all my fine feathered friends the best of luck on Sunday...may we both have an injury free season, may we both win at least 10 games, may we both make it to the NFC Championship Game and may the 49ers prevail and move on to beat the Bills in the Superbowl. Respect is not an entitlement, it's earned. You have my respect...If you win on Sunday I will have a Hasselback avatar on Monday. Thank you for your time. See you on the gridiron battlefield. GAME ON!!!!!!!!!!!

PS - GO NINERS!!!

Final score:
49ers = 28
Seahawks = 17

I'm not real hopeful about the Seahawks' chances on Sunday. Pete Carroll has been making HUGE roster changes at such a late stage that I honestly don't know HOW the players are going to get in synch with each other in time and have the plays down. I'm thinking there could be some missed routes and miscommunications on Sunday...we shall see. I'm looking forward to going to the game, regardless. The energy levels at a team's first game of the season is always sky high...amazing fun!

Good luck to your 9ers, 16F... may the better-prepared team win (and NO injuries please).

Thanks LH...I bet you're thrilled to be going to the game. It will be a blast...There's nothing like the electricity of a live game. How'd you score tickets? Where will you be sitting...Please take some pix!

My friend is a season ticket holder. We are on the 200 level - under cover/protected from rain - really sweet seats. She said I have my pick of games to attend with her this fall; she's got the tix, I just have to cover the cost of food and drinks (and trust me, neither of us drink much or eat much stadium food).

Ahhh yes. Our starting running back on Sunday, Justin Forsett. Averaged 5.7 YPC in 2009. Mora just didn't run him often enough.

You can give me a hard time too, this season. They have decided to open up with those hideous orange jerseys in Buffalo. I don't believe they have ever won a game in them, either--but for some reason, they keep pulling them out. Go figure!
