[color=#008080]I see very well how much power that rule gives the zebras, and I think it is wrong, wrong, wrong! You know I am always complaining about those flags thrown for "penalties" that are so stupid, and do nothing but ruin the rhythm of the offense. I can't stand what this is doing to the games. Combine that with the ridiculous number of commercials (which for football games should be changed to either before or after or even during the half (most preferable) that cool down the offenses... This is one of my real upsets in football...[color=#008080][/color][/color]

[color=#008080][color=#008080]I'm on a short leash with the computer tonight. Mine is messed up and keeps going to blue screen, so I had to shut it down and let it sleep, so I am using Peter's. When he comes up stairs, he will take it back immediately. If I stop suddenly, you'll know I lost my privileges and had to give it back to the hubby.[/color][/color]

Sometimes I suspect that computers have a life and a personality of their own. Some are cranky and some seem to be jokers, playing tricks on us. I don't really believe that, but it helps me to personalize my computers. I know people who talk to their cars when they are balky.

Yeah, but no--we already blew our perfect season last week. (j/k) I'm a nervous wreck. The cycle begins again. I sure hope we kick some butt this year. I do dread meeting Jason Taylor two times this season. You know he is going to play the best of his career when he faces the Dolphins...

Seriously, I expect the Dolphins to do very well. I especially want them to (to use a Texas expression) "stomp a mudhole" in the Jets. They have always been my favorite team to hate.

We have some very hate-able teams in our division. The Bills' fans, well, I could tell you stories; I don't have to elaborate feelings about New England; and of course, the Jets are the Jets.

Surely you must feel some sympathy for the Bills fans. They could very well have the worst team in the NFL this season.

It will seem strange to not play the Dolphins this year. In the eight years the Texans had been in existence (through the end of last season) the teams had played five times, including the last three years. For a while it was as if we were in the same division.

I've never really understood how some teams show up often and others don't; however, your Texans played us often and played us tough! I'm sure they are on a roll toward the play-offs this season, so you never know what that will bring, Em...

LOL, people keep saying that, but I don't think that they have seen our schedule. I'll be happy if we just have our second-ever winning season.
