All the big boys on the tube are saying that Manning is done too old should retire. but none of them say replace him. I guess they would love to see the Broncos go down in have a good laugh on us. All that talk about it say that the broncos may get to the playoffs but will not win a game once they get there. so I have to say this we will win our division once again so pop the cork on that. but the SB is out of the question. Kubiak said it's up to the coaches to call better plays in the red zone. He also said Manning is trying too much. I was reading this and the first thought was he sounds as though he's talking about a rookie QB in his 6th game instead of the seasoned pro that Manning is. http://t.co/nmRbhKpZd2 He also gave his excuse for one INT calling it a tipped ball that went their way. He threw a bad pass behind the receiver and the defender tipped it and made a good play on a poorly thrown ball. If he owns up to it I could handle it better.

I hate to see Bibbs get away. Hopefully he makes it back to the practice squad.

Below are my standard notes on the perpetual rerun game.
The new Browns jerseys look like flea market knock offs.
Trained special teams pigeons used as a distraction was genius.
I’m glad we didn’t get flagged for having too many Barretts on the field.
Standard Heroes: Barrett, Talib, Jackson, & Wade Phillips’ hat.
Maybe if we pay DT more money he’ll feel like trying.
Why the heck did the Browns go for two? Anyone?
The sideline camera should focus on more lively fans next game.
Manning yelling at Latimer after intentionally sailing it was hilarious.
Good push by the O-line. *
*It was the Browns and no points will be awarded.
Oh and in case you missed it I think we found our fullback
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-high ... s-defender
Now that the pre-season is over I’m excited to see our real offense.

Lol, yeah kind of a sorry list. Bradford wouldn't be too bad if he could make it a whole season without being hurt. I don't think he would really be the answer though

While I don't normally like Wit-less's articles, I kind of enjoyed this read. There is something to think about here. Manning might just be the inspiration that the team has been feeding off. Or he could suck and the team is winning despite of him. But the article kind of makes you think. And it makes me give some respect to Whitlock (which I never thought I would). Good read. Two paws up!

NEW THEORY! Jason Whitlock is EX is Mansin Sportsoftalks!! It is entirely possible, and probably likely, that none of them actually exist!

I wonder what games he's been watching. Manning standing in the pocket to deliver the ball. Yea but to who the other team? He has taken a sack in the pocket by just giving up ,or he Passes the ball while ducking and has thrown INT's overthrown or underthrown the passes.
He compared him to Willis Reed who played his butt off that season and was hurt in a playoff game came back the next game and that's what inspired his team. Manning hasn't played well in 16 games now and counting. And finally I didn't like Manning in 2010. Yea he was one of the better QB's in the league but because my Broncos couldn't beat him I gave him a low rating also just like Brady is the best today That will be the last time I say it. Not buying the hype this guy is selling. Caveat Emptor my friend caveat emptor.

If we get creamed by Green Bay, maybe they will pull the life support on Manning, Hop.

Two teams that are using the Manning Offense or an Offense with similar characteristics are the number one offense in the league the Chargers and the bears. both teams are third in their divisions and both are 2-4 How's that for beating a dead horse. One( Chargers) have no running game Bears employ the third tackle that Gase used here. Kubics Offense uses TE's that's why we bring in so many and let so many go. This horse will move eventually. I'll give Kubiak his props he is making Manning keep to the WC Most of last game . yes it was a scrimmage but that why you scrimmage to get better. The real game is in 2 weeks and the Packers have 2 weeks to get ready for us also.

Agreed. Even if the defense can keep Green Bay's O mostly contained, Rodgers is going to make plays. That's the kind of QB he his. I don't see our offense being able to keep up with that. I wouldn't be surprised to see Green Bay and NE in the Superbowl with near perfect records.

I think we have a chance to beat both teams with a QB that can keep the offense from self destructing. I really feel Brock can win games in this offense of Kubiaks' He can move the pocket he can go left whereas Manning can't he doesn't throw many INT's he just has to Manage the game and the defense can win. Brock can throw the long ball so the 8 in the box would disappear. That's why I say let's just look at him

So Manning is an emotional mascot now? Well if it has come to this then so be it. It worked for Ray Lewis and the Ravens. So if he is worth locker room value only lets at least keep the attitude in the right* direction.

I am not sure what the closing line was on the Denver/Green Bay Superbowl but we were 14 point underdogs when I placed $1000 on us to win. So, yes we can win. Will we? Maybe not. But we need to play the game to see where we are after playing a quality team.

Peyton should announce his retirement now for the season and we can ride the emotional wave like Ray Lewis (good point SID) and The Bus both did. Can't hurt. He's not one for heaped sentiment so I don't see that happening.

Thank God I was too young/poor in the 80's to bet on our games then. Lol

That was the only game I ever bet on. It was a big gamble but my heart felt we were due.
