Stupid Vikings, just when I think I can trust them to off a horrible team like the Bears and give me 13 points, they choke.

Do they randomly pick one of us to miss the first half of a Sunday DB missed last week Icky this week.

DB didn't get his picks in on time last week. I suspect the same happened to Icky. He put in Thursdays game meaning to come back and finish and didn't.

I spent the last three days sitting at the hospital with my Daughter. My Grandson was in a bad way. Poor little guy had some intestinal probs. Great Docs, Great care, and he is home, well, and healing now. A lot of trauma for a 4 month old to go through, thank God, he won't remember it. I'm glad I had a good drop week (71), so now I'm nipping at Utes heels. Can't afford another bad week now though. Getting ready to kick back and watch the game. All I know is we won and what I read here. Raider Week Brothers!!!
On a side note: I beat the Raider boys back to back the last two weeks to move ahead of them into first in our fantasy league. Now the Broncos need to beat the Raiders to pull off the trifecta. :D   :D   :D

Good afternoon Broncs.

Good to see everyone seems to be enjoying the important parts of life, as in family health and well being of getting that new job. Congrats especially on the little ones health getting better.

This is a big week for both our teams, your boys being the defending champs and all. Our defense has been mismanaged badly IMO and some slackers also IMO. But the OC is also not that good and inhibits the team until they are in panic mode and behind, then he gets his azz out of Carr and the guys way and lets them work. You guys do still have an outstanding defense so it is what it is. Although that guy Stewart? dude should sthu really and let the play show how good he is. Ward saying Raiders WRs are not elite? In a way I'm glad they said that stuff, it should be up on the board for extra motivation. Though why you would need any is hard to figure and they better not need any. Our O line is very very beaten up. Shuffled every week, every game really. D line is the same deal, with the two best players not named Mack having not played at all this year. They should show up week 10. We'll see.

Its your board and I don't mean to lay anything on your players. No insults intended. About Rivers, dude is still excellent but his team as we all know has been toast for at least 4 years and he carries them all the way. They did finally make a quality draft pick in Bosa. But other than that Rivers gets no help. You get the division handed to you for years with the Raiders vanishing after that SB and no one else doing much, have some HOFs at RB and TE and very very good lines and WRs you better win one of those. Way too late now. All them cats are gone. Well Gates is still playing but..... hes got lots of hard mileage.

Have a blast this weekend at least until the start of the game until the end. lol Its all rock and roll. Life goes on.

All the best, always and
Peace !

Always good to hear from you R.J. and on Raider week It's bigger than Life here in Denver for the first time in years like you said. I like it this way when the team that you really respect (Raiders) are playing well and the game is important for the standings. I hope we have a safe game for both teams although I feel Our defense will play well enough to win but It could be our offense If they run the ball will win the game for us. We have to run the ball on the leagues 29 defense against the run. If not You win big. Enjoy the game go Broncos and all that Jazz!!!!! But Most important God Bless

Roby had a bad first half defense gave up 20 points and we are still in the game. Not so sure that we can come back but we are in the game. Let's see if the adjustments are made and this team shows some grit. I don't see the fight they had last season maybe we need some leadership that we miss with Peyton retiring. Not sure what's up but it's not the same heart

Well all I can say is that our offense is inept, at best. They are incapable of consistently moving the ball. Our punter is getting a good workout though. And the really sad thing is that now our defense plays exhausted by the second quarter and injuries and mistakes start to pile up. There needs to be a change, the o-line is a start.

** I am stunned. What kind pitiful excuse for an offense are we running? For crying out loud get the stinking first down If Trevor has to run for it. OMG, 5 3 and outs is absolutely ridiculous. Only the Steelers looked as bad. My God at least Ben was coming back from an injury.

I agree, I did not see that same "fire" we had when SD came to 5280 and we whomped'm real good. I pray they'd better look better than they did on Sunday next week against the Saints, because #9 is no David Carr. We need to get the lead by at least 2 TD's then release the hounds.

The "almost" interception and the "almost" catch were awesome to see in slow motion. Once again, I am so glad I fix computers instead being an NFL referee.
