I have half a beef ordered....so I'm defrosting and cleaning my freezer in anticipation. Another month before I get it but trying to do the prep work up front. (I'm sure that was bad news to the cow my friend Rocky owns..... :shock: :o )

I've been fixed so I only worry about the ones that all of a sudden show up, that I didn't know about, that are 35 or older...lol.... :?
