Bold, underlined, and two toned...You should drive a Ferrari instead of a Jeep...

I could sell all three Jeeps and only have a down payment on a nice Ferrari...lol. Plus, something that pricey I'd be afraid to drive the thing. I'll stick with nice Jeeps.... 8-)

A buddy of mine up in Lava bought a new two seater RZR 1000S and it was $23K and doesn't have half of the accessories mine has. Don't get me wrong, it's nice looking as hell...but I kept giving him shit about not wanting to get a scratch on it....lol. My 2011 RZR might only be an 800S but I have every bell and whistle on it on the planet and I'm into it 13K. Shit is expensive as hell anymore.

You might not bat an eye at dropping 23K on a toy but I do....lol

Now Brady is going for arbitration. He wants and independent council to review and try the case. I'm still fairly certain (over 75%) that Brady at least will get it reduced to 2 or maybe one game. I still think the draft picks will stick and at least half of the fine. In any event, Brady has tarnished his personal legasy...a lot. He'll still be first vote HOF but his personal legacy (and it wasn't that neat) will take a blow.

JIm MIller is the biggest Pat/Brady shill there is on Sirius. He was all over wanting an independent arbitrator to review all of it. Seems like the union deal and the limits for independent review would be limited. Maybe Hop will shed a little light but with all the DOJ exemptions the NFL has a players recourse for an independent council would be limited.

Kraft said they would abide by any ruling that came down. We'll see about that one as well

The way I hear it Yi, is the arbitration goes through the NFLPAs representation for Brady, apart from the team penalties

Yep...we'll see. They will have an independent arbitrator because of Kraft's influence but the team is more than soiled right now.

And the Brady ruling will go through an arbitrator......they filed before the ruling came out. It'll be 1-2 games max before the dust settles....

As far as I know the Patties have no recourse in the loss of draft picks and fines. That part is done, even if Brady would find a way to get off scot free. He may get is reduced to 2 games but I think the NFL is really dealing with a credibility issue here and a back door deal might be met behind closed doors long before any arbitration is done.

-- The truly sad part here is the lack of remorse. They do not understand. They could care less, Brady responding to the question about the Super Bowl victory being tarnished as " No way" is a distinct sign that victory by any means necessary is the key. Years ago when the Raiders were accused of cheating it was because they "played dirty" hits after the whistle and Belitnikoff and stickum. But when they were challenged they toed the line. Now they just play hard like everyone else.

What kind of message is this sending to the new players, Winston, Mariota, and others? That it is okay to cheat? Really? I was taught hard work = time, sweat & preparation helped you win and cheating was NOT a solution because it "tainted" your supposed victory. If you won because of hard work then the celebration was seriously sweet (see Elway on 1st Super Bowl victory) if you win by cheating what level of respect have you lost?

Mine for one.

Good posts on the unsigned guys. Denver is the best in the business at finding these diamonds in the rough. I believe Denver has the longest record for finding undrafteds for the 53 man roster. CJ Anderson, Duke Ihenacho, Chris Harris,... I am wondering who the next nobody is to shock us in preseason. It shows the front office is not tunnel visioned and is willing to have true competitions at camp

Amazing how we can take a piece of coal, apply a little pressure and get a diamond.

Ring of Fame

The Denver Broncos Ring of Fame was created in 1984 by team owner Pat Bowlen to honor former players and administrators who played significant roles in the franchise's history.

The Denver Broncos Ring of Fame roster grew to 27 in 2014 when halfback/kicker Gene Mingo, wide receiver/returner Rick Upchurch and Head Coach Dan Reeves were elected to join the Ring's distinguished membership. Before that trio, the most recent additions came in 2013 when center Tom Nalen joined, 2012 when wide receiver Rod Smith (1994-2007) made the grade, in 2009 when tight end Shannon Sharpe (1990-99, 2002-03) joined, in 2007 when running back Terrell Davis (1995-2002) was inducted, in 2003 when safety Steve Atwater (1989-98) was honored and in 2003 when tackle Gary Zimmerman (1993-97) was enshrined.

In 2001, linebacker Karl Mecklenburg (1983-94) and safety Dennis Smith (1981-94) were named Broncos Ring of Famers. Quarterback John Elway (1983-98) was inducted into the Ring of Fame in 1999 in a ceremony held at halftime of the Broncos’ season-opening Monday Night Football game vs. Miami on Sept. 13, 1999. As testament to the legend he established during his 16-year career, Elway is the only inductee for whom the customary five-year waiting period was waived.

Elway’s induction was the first since 1993 when cornerback Louis Wright (1975-86) joined the Ring of Fame, a year after linebacker Tom Jackson (1973-86) entered the Ring in 1992.

Linebacker Randy Gradishar (1974-83) was the only 1989 inductee, following the 1988 inductions of quarterback Craig Morton (1977-82), wide receiver Haven Moses (1972-81) and kicker Jim Turner (1971-79).

Former defensive back Bill Thompson (1969-81) was honored in 1987, and three players joined the elite group in 1986: quarterbacks Frank Tripucka (1960-63) and Charley Johnson (1972-75), and defensive end Paul Smith (1968-78).

In 1985, former owner Gerald H. Phipps became the first non-player to have his name placed on the Ring.

The Ring of Fame was established in 1984 with an inaugural class of four members: running back Floyd Little (1967-75), defensive end Rich Jackson (1967-72), wide receiver Lionel Taylor (1960-66) and safety Austin “Goose” Gonsoulin (1960-66).

The Ring of Fame is displayed on the Level 5 facade of Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
