players are saying things like "at the end of the day people look at us as the worst 6-0 team? We're 6-0" CJ Anderson
could be they have something to prove. but I'm still picking them to be 6-1 come Monday morning.

I think most of us know that the Broncos are not likely to win this one. Green Bay is a really good team and Denver just hasn't shown it on the offensive side of the ball yet this season. I'm still hoping we can keep it close though. Would love to see a pick-six and miller with a strip-sack returned for a TD! I think our D is capable of scoring twice in a single game. The talent is there, they are just waiting for the stars to align in their favor.

I never doubted your allegiance Hop. We just disagree from time to time...lol.
That is a funny way to look at the Green Bay "G" lol. And they are called the "Packers" after all...(lmao!)

Man am I going to get creamed in FFL this week. I have 6 players on my roster that are either out, questionable, or probable right now. And most of them are my better players. That and tjasv has a really good team and he'd probably beat me if they were healthy anyway.
I'm already an 8 point underdog right now. Since I want GB to lose this weekend and my FFL QB is Aaron Rodgers.....I hope he has a career worst day this week....lol.

I don't know if I can pull the trigger on predicting a Bronco's win Sunday, but I think this is going to be a more competitive matchup than people seem to think, and I think Denver will have a chance in the last 4 minutes to take a lead. Just wish I could still trust Manning to steer a game-winning drive against a good team. I could see the OLine block their way to a second straight positive rushing performance against a mediocre run D. If Manning can limit himself to 1 int that doesn't lead to an easy 7 points, I like Denver's chances. Since that hasn't happened in a while, I'll predict a GB win 20-16.

Good to see you Mac and yes I will go on board and predict that manning gets hit by a blind rush and is ok but taken out of the game for a concussion. Brock will then throw 2 TD's one to Green. The Broncos run the Offense that Kubiak wants to and Hillman runs for his third 100 yard game Broncos win 31-17 as the defense closes the door on Mr. Rodgers and show him the way back to his neighborhood.
Now if Peyton doesn't get injured and stays in the Broncos get beat up . Manning throws 2 INT's one a pick 6. He will throw the ball 35 times or more and run the ball 14 times. Packers win 42-20 as fans boo manning back to locker room shaking his head and telling the press I have to play better. I hope for the first but the second is more like what will happen.

Why does the defense play so much better with Oz in? Even with the pick-6 the score shouldn't be that out of hand. The defense has shown it can hold it's own without manning playing well on the other side of the ball.

Hop just hates Manning, Springs...lol. Oz won't lead the Broncos to a 42-anything score ever. He's backup material only.

The defense plays well all the time. How many points did the defense give up if Manning doesn't throw Pick 6's Or give the ball up with a short field. He doesn't get picked in the red zone we just can't score TD's It has nothing todo with the D playing better It has everything to do with The Turnovers on our property. You just give them points that way. We don't know if Oz will do that or not but Manning has the last 16 games.

If he blows chunks in this game, I'll join you. This should be a good test.
Happy Halloween everyone.

Found another member to add to the Nevada-Denver connection, and this one is a hottie from Genoa, Nev.. Genoa is a cool little town that sits at the base of the Sierra Nevadas in Jacks Valley about 45 miles South of Reno. It was the first established township in Nevada and originally a Mormon Fort/Station. welcome to the group Katherine

Coming off a bye week, this should be a good test of how this team will look going forward...I just hope the line sustains the improvements we saw against Cleveland. If we can establish a running game, I think this offense can be just competent enough to compete for a championship, even if Manning continues to struggle.
