Manning certainly isn't blameless, but he also brought Denver back in the second half. Despite Denver showing a clear preference to pass, Denver still struggled to manage a paltry 2.5 yards per carry against the 27th ranked run D. This was a true team loss, if I ever saw one.

with all the focus being on Talib don't forget the last play the Broncos had on offense was a Manning INT. So yes he should share the Blame. and the way he was playing who's to say he would have taken us on a game winning drive.

I would like to see if Brock can do the job first. This kid Kaeppy has the arm and can run but he would have to get use to all the receivers here where as Brock has practiced with them and knows them already.

To me, it looked liked DThomas' legs got tangled up with the CB and he couldn't make a play on the ball...if he hadn't have tripped, he would have had inside position on the CB and likely would have caught it, or at least prevented the INT.

And by the way, the way Manning was playing in that half was pretty dang good...before the INT, 3 possessions led to 2 passing TDs and a FG; 60, 79, and 80 yard drives; 10 first downs (9 via the pass); and Manning was helped by only 20 yards of rushing on 7 carries (3 of which went for negative yards). So yes, I think if Talib hadn't have given them a 1st down with 3rd and 7 coming up, 2:24 left to play, I was feeling pretty good about Manning's chances to mount a comeback drive.

Agreed Mac.

There's no defending what Talib did though.

I watched the replay and it's hard to argue it was an accident. He had his fingers pointed forward when he first raised his hand. It wasn't like they slipped through the face mask once he pressed harder. I do like him defending Miller but there is a right time and place. He should've backed down, miller had already started to walk away. Stinks we lose him for a week, he's a great defender and an important piece.

Luck lacerated a kidney and tore an abdominal muscle against Denver and will miss 2-6 weeks...I kept wondering how he was getting up from those crushing hits. Kid's got grit!

I think Luck has be injured for weeks now he just got to the Denver game and now he will rest to heal for the Playoffs. They have some easy games coming up and their second string can win them. Luck hasn't played well all season.

Talib lost his appeal today. will serve his suspension this Sunday. How did his appeal come in 1 day while we still wait on Brady? Just saying

Very good question.

Brady lost his appeal and sued for Independent arbitration and won the suit and the arbitration. It is the NFL that is now appealing.

I looked all around and could only find video of offensive high lights Springs...I'd like to see the hit package again. Most of them were just after he released and at the end of runs. Malik put a couple of nasties on him, one which, I'm sure caused the lacerated kidney. Von blasted him good a few times also. The hit that Ward put on Hilton that drew a flag, was a biggy too, and legal. He did make helmet to chin contact, but that was only after he doubled him over with a shoulder pad to the side. How Hilton hung on to that ball, I don't know.

Could have been painful if the dog broke loose and bit his bare stomach. He probably won't get any jail time, but I bet community service and a hefty fine.

Colts say it happened in the 4th but I didn't see a hit and the Colts didn't say who hit him. They are hiding the fact the he was hurt and he was getting healthy but the Broncos didn't help him along. The talking heads were saying he was hurt for the last 3 weeks.

Then just leave the stupid dog alone. Not that hard to do. The fact is that the dog is considered an extension of the officer. Messing with the dog is messing with the officer. It's not that hard to avoid, just don't be a douche.

I do agree it shouldn't be a felony. It should be a class B misdemeanor with a mandatory night in jail, hefty fines, your common sense card revoked for 90 days, idiot counseling they have to pay for......similar to a DUI. If he's stupid enough to taunt a Police dog maybe he should try taunting a bear in the woods and see how long he misses work for. He'll get a slap on the wrist like the rest of these athletes who pull dumbass shit like that.
