Thanks bud! Good luck to your team next year. BTW, Manning could already have 2 rings if your team hadn't been in the way

Might want to change that to bud-ette! GS27 is of the fairer pursuation.

They are both moving on towards the HOF. Peyton has one more big game to play.
All the best, always.

If our defense plays as well as they did against the Pats....and our offense plays mistake free football......we can beat anyone.

Good info on how Denver's defense matches up against the Carolina o-line. Basically, we have the scheme and players to shut them down. Their o-line will be hard pressed to stop our Defense with the personnel and tactics they use.

If we can replicate that game - we win!
I hope they can get that type of energy back up again. It was spectacular!!!

They can't get past that loss? They won the SB in 2011. I think they will be fine

I'm guessing that's more for the players that couldn't get past the loss rather than the team. I assume that none of the players were on both the 97 and 2011 squad. They at least had the SB win from the previous year over the Pats though. I won't shed many tears for them. In the end 1 team is happy and 31 are not.

I know a lot of people give Denver crap for making it to the Super Bowl 8 times and only winning 2, but I say at least we put ourselves in the position to win 8 times. More than a lot of teams can say. Anytime the Charger fans gang up on me I just remind them who really owns the AFC West. A few good years and a Super Bowl appearance by San Diego, while Denver was hunting for their next franchise QB, doesn't put them on equal footing with Denver.

Plus we still have the chance to make that 3 of 8 SB wins.

And what may you ask is Plan A? Win from now on! Elway is already one of the best executives to ever handle an NFL team. From financials to draft and FA pick ups, Elway is the man and doesn't screw us for the future in order to win now. He shows it can be done. The way he handles veteran players makes more want to sign up on the cheap to be part of a winning organization.

This is the post of the year! No team has gone to more Superbowls than we have. 3 other teams (Steelers, Cowboys and Pats) have been to 8 as well. That's damn impressive. Damn impressive indeed.

** I still call them the chokers**
any team that was 12 & 4 and fires Marty Schottenheimer needs a dose of reality.
Enjoy sharing a stadium with the LALA Raminations
