I'm liking Paxton Lynch out of Memphis in the 2nd or 3rd and still want Derrick Henry in the first

As far as the Sanchise deal, I had read that was going to be a possibility based on his track record in this make-up of a team. Controlled O killer D.

I do wonder though if the Bowlen Family Trust, read spoiled rich kids, have a little more input into spending this year. We didn't carry over the full amount of unused cap space, in fact not even enough to cover the Manning 4 mil make up money. Von will be the most expensive D player ever and JFE knew we were getting high comp picks and at least three of them. The team will have to spend a ton of cash this year in guarantees, draft choices, and on Von's contract. The cash cap they want to stay under is probably lower than it has been in the past while seeking a Lombardi while Pat still has moments of clarity.

Don't know what's really going on but Elway's got us 8 comp picks while he's been in control. That's half the number we've received for the entire time they've being allocating the picks.

I know we are not big on RBs in the first, but Elway is pretty consistent on taking the best talent at the end of the round. So, unless he makes a move for Elliot, like he did Ray, it would be hard to pass up Henry at 31

Every mock I've seen Henry is either selected by us or carries into the second

Every mock I have seen has Elliot as the only RB in the 1st....On a totally unrelated side note, which on of Bowlen's or Elway's daughters is sleeping with Colquitt? That's the only reason I can think of, for continuing to pay that puke.

Looking at all the teams needs in first 30 picks, I can agree now. It might happen. Will Elway take that pick though? I can see if Hillman and Anderson are gone...

He's got to. With Clady on a restructure and the big Sombero coming back and the way Garcia played, OL might not be near the need we thought three months ago.

We are beyond stacked at WR. Manager/project at QB, he needs the stud RB and that kid is chiseled and big. If he can make it as a one cut runner, yup pull the trigger

Don't know. Seen him linked to a late round pick a time or two.

Ok now I know that what I've always said about the Media building up a team even if the team is bad was right. Last year the media was all about Manning this was what I just found about the New broncos QB.

I'm not a Manning fan and you all know that. But I don't know if I would ever say this even if it were true I'd keep it. But if you don't say what the team wants you to you get no interviews at Dove Valley maybe.

Mark butt fumble and a third or fourth seems like a good trade.

Maybe butt Fumble instead of a second rounder. Or him and a 6th rounder instead of a second.

If we trade for Kap it is going to be Sanchez and a pick of some sort. I'm thinking between the 2nd and 6th. GMs know a 6 rounder is that great but a 4th isn't too hard to give up. Everyone protects the 1-3rd rounds a lot more, after that there is a lot of drop off, so might as well get a pick at the beginning of the value drop instead of at the back end.

Here is a cap update I found, make of it what you will, but I think you can add Sanchez's 4+ million to it, as I'm sure he is just trade bait.

Howdy Utah, hope all is well you, yours, and your transition to full time Idaho residency. Or at least, I think that's what you said you were getting ready to do, a while back. I'm thinking the reason John picked up the dirty Sanchez, was to add him to the deal and make our third round pick better than Cleveland's 3rd pick. SF wants our 2nd, which is only two picks sooner than the Browns third. SF was actively trying to trade for Sanchez too. With us only giving up one conditional 7th round pick, it makes me wonder how bad SF really wants him though.Hard to offer much less than that. I guess we are just gonna have to sit back and see what happens.

Hey Ute!!! Good to see you around. Always miss you when you're away. Of course, it's off-season, which makes it easier to see who's here and who's off in the outside world, but I suppose come the draft it should be getting a bit busier...and then, before we realize, it's seawon again and things pick up. These days Denver is usually the only open room (I wonder why!!!)--but I am so glad it's Denver cuz if it was New England, I probably wouldn't be posting here either--J/K!!! Don't run away New Englanders. After all, one of my very favorite people from Switzerland is a N fan--remember Maineiac Girl? Anyway, again, welcome back and stay well!

Dak Prescott was arrested. DUI.

I think I heard a few here might be interested in him.

Shane Ray's stock fell because of troubles and we snagged him. Not sure if this could be the same situation.

Not quite living up there full time yet. Still working. We are selling our house in Salt Lake but will rent further up North to be closer to Idaho for the weekend.
