I wish. The guy has already lost half of both his index fingers to various mishaps around work. He's a complete idiot and doesn't learn. Shoe in for the Darwin Award at some point in his life. Unfortunately I think he has already passed his genes on.

He's lost parts of two fingers and they still let him touch anything but a pencil and a child proofed keyboard? Is he screwing the bosses daughter because otherwise he ought to be demoted to some extremely menial task or fired.

He's basically the grunt that goes around maintaining and repairing machines. One finger was lost to an air compressor and the other an AC unit, not overly complex, dangerous machines if you have half a brain. His problem is he doesn't shut things off before screwing with them.

Assuming it was just 240 and not 480. He sounds like the guy that has the small things happen to him but will eventually kill the next guy. We part ways with people who have no idea regarding LOTO.

I know I'm kicking a dead horse here but reports have it that the Browns are willing to trade down. We could get Elliott and Mark Sanchez could be the AFC QB in Super Bowl 51. Just what could we trade for him if not DT. They need a #1 we need more cap space. Next season if he has a bad season this coming season he will cost us 3 times what he will to trade him this year. Looking for further news on this, nothing else yet...Too much in my book. I like Taylor, but a first is a reach, and I can't think of a roster player that wouldn't be too much to give up plus the first.

Not liking this trade We give up a first and a player when we can just wait and get Taylor next season and play with Sanchez. Mark is a serviceable QB he just needs people around him I don't see giving up a first for Taylor.

To trade our number 1 and another established player is way to high for Taylor, in my opinion. Taylor could be a one hit wonder anyway....too early to tell. I think Hop is right that we should wait it out until next year instead of rolling the dice with that much out there.

** Dear Mr. Elway,

As a concerned fan, I certainly hope you have reviewed this trade and do not consider doing likewise, I understand the need to "Win now" but a what cost? certainly mortgaging the farm and all the animals is not the way.
Perhaps Mr. Goff or Mr. Wentz are the 3rd coming of Tom Terrific, but seriously, this reminds me of when Mike Ditka was the head coach for the Saints and he traded away almost all their picks to get Ricky "I smoke marijuana" Williams.
Save the big swings for your golf game.

We want to win championships, the way to do that is find players that "fit".

We seem to have almost enough ammunition to get Kap in here. Why go looking for the gold plated Rolls
when our "old reliable" pickup still works??

thanks,
A concerned fan

I don't think you need to be concerned. Elway has not and will not mortgage the future. This draft in particular seems fairly underwhelming compared to other recent years so who is really worth that kind of loss in picks? Elway has said many times, our goal is to win from now on. Dropping that many picks on a single player in an underwhelming draft class is not the way to accomplish his goals and he knows that.

Just a thought that made me chuckle. I don't hold much stock in mock drafts, but I do read them. This close to the draft, you can get a good idea which players are getting the most interest, and what teams might be thinking, due to visits and inside info. Wednesday has been the day most of the so called experts release their latest versions ( mock draft 8.0 ) with more confidence in what they think they know.Well, all you wanna be GMs, Jon Robinson and Steve Fisher just told you all, back to the drawing boards. You need a bigger eraser? HA!

I can see why the Rams did what they did. LA is a big market and the Rams are close to being a good team. They don't need much, They have a crazy good defense a good running back they have a good receiver in Austin this draft doesn't have any great receivers they have good backups that one thing they need is a QB. I like the move. They are fighting for fans when the other team moves to LA. My thumb is up

I think now that the niners won't have a shot at either top two rated QB's now, with the Rams trading up, they'll try to keep Kap. The problem is they've created a toxic environment as far as Kap goes.

See I think that Kelly will go for Cook or Lynch both played in a similar offense to his fast. They are use to reading fast and getting the ball out fast. I thought he would draft Cook and he has a chance to get him

** We are all out there thinking we know what someone else thinks about what they are going to do with whom.
so, let me see if I got this right:
1. You have Kap who you are paying stupid money to stand around
2. You have plain Jane Blaine, who is a washout, but could be a serviceable back up for the pop Warner team down the street
3. You just hired 1 of the most egomaniacal coaches in the nfl
4. You may or may not get your hands on one of the "better" prospect QB's out there
5. Didn't the Eagles style of play before Kelly remind anyone of grind it out football?
6. What possible level of success will the niners have this year? 3 or 4 wins?
7. Inquiring fans want to know
