The family has sold their tickets on line the whole season that's why their rights were sold. They don't want it to get like the chargers home games where the visitors have more color in the stands then the home team. so if you sell your tickets not just one game but all the games in a season you lose your rights. they have a list of people waiting for tickets. So give them up just don't sell them.

Anyone think Franklin is worth bringing back at this point since he has been released? Maybe best suited at guard where we last used him. He was healthy all last year which for the chargers was unusual, seemed like everyone on that team was hurt last year

I think he was over priced when he finished out his rookie deal here and that is why we didn't re-sign him. He should probably be cheaper this time around.

I don't want him unless he moves to right Tackle and we move Menelik Watson to LT we don't really need another Guard. I still think Bolles will end up playing Guard not this season but next. He get's beat by the speed rushers.

A move to tackle would be a must and I agree that right makes the most sense. I guess we will see, I don't expect Elway to sign him despite his former ties to the team and McCoy.

Congrats on reaching "MVP" status Hoppalong, half way to "Hall of Fame". Springster is nipping at "All-Pro", and will be wearing it pretty soon too.

For the record, I would take Franklin (on the cheap) over Stephenson, any day of the week. He would give a strong, veteran. presence and depth to our line. That being said, I don't think Elway will pull that trigger. I think Bolles is going to be fine at LT. Both Tackles are going to have solid TE and Guard help. There are too many great edge rushers now, the kind that can ruin even an All-Pro Tackle's day. I'm am very thankful to have guys like Virgil Green and Leary there to give that extra security to our Rookie.

I can see us fighting it out with Oakland for the AFC West crown. KC will be close behind. The Chargers are always a wild card so who knows where they end up but I'm not expecting much. I think our Defense will remain top notch, if not better and nastier than last season. I think our offense will also improve over last year regardless of the choices we have at QB right now.
