I like the little guy from the insurance commercial that slams it down left handed.

kicks wrote:Good for them. He deserves at least 4 games. All the Patriot defenders are saying it will go to court and be thrown out as have a few punishments in the past. Bullshit if it will be thrown out. Brady ordered his phone destroyed. That's what will get him. If he is stupid enough to go to court, they will order the text scripts from the carrier. They have those records. You are screwed Brady. Forever tarnished.
Sorry to rant and I don't hold ill will toward the fans but that cheating team deserves all the punishment it can get.
http://static.nfl.com/static/content/pu ... 504265.pdfGreat read, it's the league's position on why the suspension is upheld. He knew exactly about the texts. His carrier said that they are no longer retrievable after that time has elapsed, page 4. That
might be why he waited to inform them the cell was destroyed

What was his phone carrier? New England Bell? The records can be retrieved if court ordered. They don't have them on a server anymore, but they print them before clearing the server to a hard paper file and archive it. If it is destroyed or missing then file charges of collusion with the carrier.
Guilty!!

Depth chart predictions
http://t.co/u2yZCdAwgd I'd make some changes starting with Cutting Hillman and keeping Bibbs next cutting Colquitt I call him coldcuts and keeping Schmitz. He can punt and kickoff and will be cheaper.

I agree. If he doesn't pan out though we will be in deep Schmitz though.

If it goes to court couldn't they bring charges against him for tampering with or destroying evidence?

I can see that as the final 53, with guys like Nelson, Deisert, Roberts, and Barrett on the practice squad. I am still of the mindset that we give Colquitt the boot. He sucks and I can't see tying up that much money on a guy that has proven to be ineffective. I like that they are moving Garcia to guard, but if Paridis doesn't work out this year, even in a depth position, I can see Garcia moving back to center and even starting next year with a season of learning the system.

Minnesota judge ordered the NFLPA's lawsuit over Brady transferred to Manhattan where the NFL first filed. Not good news for Tom

Watching the live pressers right now. Just saw Elway, Kubes, and Sanders. Ware coming up shortly. The more I see of Emanuel, the more I like the guy. Could be one of the best FA pickups we ever had on and off the field. Wouldn't surprise me to see him voted a captain.
