So here we are again at square one. Our offense is at it’s 5th consecutive “crossroads” and we have another chance to further tangle the abstract art project we call the offense. I feel we are continuing to improve on our west-coast-pistol-Manning-roll-out-bunchish-tight-ends-everywhere thingy. And by ‘improve’ I mean we keep adding to it. I am not sure what direction (if we even have one) we are going but I like having a false sense of progress. Since we are starting to develop plays that we use more than once, we can naively enjoy the sense that we are defining our offense. I feel like we come out with a game plan for half a game, panic, and then quickly revert back to a twisted version of our nostalgic Manning offense. The next day we hand pick plays that worked from the first half and then throw those plays into our “that one worked” bag of marbles. I am not sure if any of the plays really go together anymore but we sure are starting to collect a lot of plays. And so I have given up on waiting for a philosophy to arise from the ashes. Instead I am just going to watch this snow ball pick up things along the way and hope that we have scrapbook full of plays that work and don’t necessarily fit into a traditional offensive philosophy. Go BRo-NccOS!?..!!!

IckyIPA wrote:Here is the full Rousy Holm fight for those that might have missed it.
A few notes for you to look for:
Rousy looks a little chunky and not nearly as tone as the taller Holm
watch the elbow Rousy eats, I think that really shook her
Look at the postures in the corners after the first round
Rousy still gassed at the start of the second round
Just before the knockout kick, Rousy is stunned and has no legs
Holm actually helps Rousy upright and positions Rhonda's body for the kick
The look of shame in Rhonda's face after the hug after the announcement
Final note: Rousy was not in good enough shape for a fight of this caliber
https://www.facebook.com/BoxeoTijuana/v ... 457314635/

I've watched it three times plus of her other fights on tape and I concur. Rousey wasn't nearly as defined as she usually is and did the same thing she did in the Correa fight which was neglect her defense. She wasn't as quick as she usually is and Holm rocked her with that straight left several times in the first round. Rousey couldn't seal the armbar setup on Holm when she had her down. Holm was able to leverage out and go back to firing her hands and feet at will. Rousey took this fight lightly and paid an awful price for it. She's been too into her bravado, making movies, and press conferences lately. At the start of the fight she didn't look the same as previous fights. Dana White is already talking rematch but Rousey will have to be on her best game to beat Holm and her punching. Holm also looked way bigger than her. I bet Holm re hydrates to 160-170 after weigh in. Rousey always just gains about 10 pounds to 145 or so. It reminded me of the Tyson/Buster Douglas fight I paid for back then. Tyson wasn't into that fight and a bigger and taller man took it to his ass. Same thing happened last night. Rousey will have to dig deep and change her defensive tactics to get the belt back now.

Sadly enough he will. He's about as big of a piece of shit of a person as there is but he has the perfect opening right now with her trash talk at him. It still won't make Mayweather any more of a decent person....some old dirtbag thug.

The Chefs are really good at keeping it close with us. I am sure it will be another hard fought game but they always seem to do something dumb at the end of the game. Prediction: Broncos: 26 Chefs: 20 and Ware gets 1 sack with his mind from the bench.

Nobody said anything about him not being good if you like his style of fighting. He's nothing but a dirtbag though and the sick thing is kids emulate the asshole.

Good to see you Rich HOPe all is well. I've been told that I think I'm right about everything so for the next day or 2 Whenever I get the chance I will be doing the EX thing HOPe you get it . But back to the race for the division. There's a chance that we give a few games away here in the next 4 games your boys have to learn how to win games. They gave some away this season. That includes against the Broncos. I believe we didn't beat you you beat yourselves. Tell that wife of yours hello for me and you take care of yourself my friend

the bears take Barrow and make him an OLB he will do better at that position than inside where Fox drafted him for us.

Fox is turning the Bears around. They are scary to play lately. At least for AFC West teams.

I can't wait for your solution that won't work either...The Broncos took a bye on two of their most important positions....QB....and offensive line. Watch the game.....look at the line not the QB.

I'm losing respect for Peyton now, He knows he can't do it today, he should bench himself out of respect for the team.

No body is around him on any of the INT's Not the line Not hitting\ the right man throwing into coverage. The second INT wasn't his That was on Sanders lost his footing on the break. The others were all on Manning. I'm watching the game. Have been for 19 games now

We need to see if Brock is the man or do we need to look for a starter for next season. This season is done if Brock can't do the job. I like Peyton but he done

I hate to say it but one of Denver's worst decisions have been hiring Kubiak. Phillips hire was brilliant. Kubiak never won anything without a clipboard....

He knew what he had. Didn't do anything with it. Tried the overhaul method. Again, my thanks to the Wade Phillips hiring.
